Protein Smoothie with Nuts

Ingredients 1 Banana 1 cup  Unsweetened Almond Milk 0.25 cup chopped walnuts 5 Almonds 10 Pistachios 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional) 1 cardamom Process Blend bananas,walnuts,almonds,pistachios,cardamom seeds.
