- 0.75 cup Almonds
- 0.25 cup pistachios
- 6 Dried Apricots
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs flaxseed powder
- 50gm Raisins
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- First grind all the nuts in the blender.
- Next mix the rest of the ingredients and grind for 1-2 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into six balls
Healthy additions/substitutes/other alternatives
- Use dates or dried cranberries instead of Apricots.
- Chia seeds can be powdered or rolled in just like that for a texture.
