Energy Balls for kids No cook/Bake

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Almonds
  • 0.25 cup pistachios
  • 6 Dried Apricots
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs flaxseed powder
  • 50gm Raisins
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Process

  • First grind all the nuts in the blender.
  • Next mix the rest of the ingredients and grind for 1-2 minutes.
  • Roll the mixture into six balls

Healthy additions/substitutes/other alternatives

  • Use dates or dried cranberries instead of Apricots.
  • Chia seeds can be powdered or rolled in just like that for a texture.
